Non-smoking but pet friendly home. Please look at all the pictures carefully and read fully before buying. Instructions have yellowed some, few small tears around edges. I do have dogs my mother did not but they are around items list for sale.

Black velveteen fabric: 100 nylon front. Combined shipping for eligible items only. The wood showcase is natural, no finish or stain. The picture has not been painted.

I will also include the brown paper bag it came in, wrinkled and has tape residue.

Paint is not included and picture has been painted. Note: wood showcase, cardboard backing, instructions and picture included.
