These were Rauch industries stock the tops were cut with oil cooled cutters. Most everyone has been happy with them.

These will arrive in protective trays as seen above fill them with ribbons, pictures, glitter, paint, colorful confetti, feathers or just leave them plain.

Splatter paint or any theme looks great on these. But it is pretty easy to remove the caps and swish them in hot soapy water to make them 'sparkle'.
