These were Rauch industries stock the tops were cut with oil cooled cutters. The cutters were cooled with oil some of these have a slight film inside. These are almost 3 from cap to base. This is glass with gold caps.
Splatter paint or any theme looks great on these.
Some of the clear may have a film inside from the cutters as well. Markers work too. You can paint with glass paint or any craft paint.
