Comes with cloth, elastic and instruction sheet. This is just for the cloth and the elastic and does not include the liquid embroidery. This would be such fun to make. The cloth is stamped with tulips and has a line to cut on for sizes small medium large.

This is an offer for a set of vintage stamped Tri Chem bucilla tulip peasant blouse for liquid embroidery and to sew. This came from a local estate and has not been started or cut and is in very nice clean condition. I have never seen a blouse to make like this.
